Personalized Skill Development Programs
Our Personalized Skill Development Programs are designed to support individuals in building the essential skills needed for daily living and greater independence. BBHI staff work closely with each individual to develop customized, person-centered plans that reflect their unique strengths, needs, preferences, and goals. Through ongoing coaching, hands-on support, and skill-building activities, individuals are guided in areas such as personal care, household tasks, communication, and community participation. This individualized approach helps promote confidence, independence, and meaningful progress toward achieving personal outcomes.

Residential Care Services

BBHI provides long-term care for adults diagnosed with developmental disabilities, including conditions such as Down Syndrome or Autism, as well as individuals with chronic or long-term mental/psychiatric disorders, physical disabilities, or multiple disabilities that require ongoing support with daily needs and preferences.
Our residential program offers a supportive, community-based living environment where individuals receive personalized assistance while maintaining their independence. Services are tailored to each individual’s needs and may include support with daily living activities, health and safety monitoring, skill development, and community engagement. This approach ensures that individuals can live as independently as possible while benefiting from consistent, compassionate support in a safe and inclusive setting.

Mental Health and Wellness Programs

Our Mental Health and Wellness Programs are designed to promote emotional well-being and support the mental health needs of individuals with developmental disabilities. In-Home Support
BBHI staff provide supports that assist individuals in improving and maintaining their overall health and medical status while living at home. Staff help individuals safely access and participate in their communities, while also supporting the development of new skills and strengthening existing abilities. Through ongoing guidance, supervision, and encouragement, individuals are supported in learning home living skills, increasing independence, and engaging appropriately and safely in community settings. These supports are designed to promote confidence, independence, and overall well-being.
Group Home Residential Services
BBHI’s Group Home Services provide a safe, structured, and supportive residential environment for individuals who require ongoing assistance with daily living. In this setting, individuals receive 24/7 support from trained staff while maintaining as much independence as possible.
Staff provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, hygiene, meal preparation, and medication support, as well as instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) like housekeeping, laundry, and community participation. Individuals are encouraged to build life skills, make personal choices, and actively engage in their home and community.
Our group home setting promotes a sense of be longing, stability, and routine, while also supporting social interaction and relationship-building with peers. BBHI ensures that each individual receives personalized care tailored to their needs, goals, and preferences, fostering independence, confidence, and over all well-being.

Sponsored Residential Services

Individuals are encouraged to actively participate in daily routines, develop life skills, and make meaningful choices about their lives.
This service promotes stability, inclusion, and a sense of belonging by integrating individuals into a home environment where they can build relationships and engage in community activities. BBHI ensures ongoing monitoring, training, and support to sponsor providers to maintain high-quality care and ensure each individual’s needs, preferences, and goals are consistently met.

me Support Services
BBHI’s In-Home Support Services are designed to assist individuals in living safely and independently within their own homes. These services provide personalized, one-on-one support tailored to each individual’s needs, preferences, and goals while promoting independence and self-sufficiency.
Staff provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation, as well as instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) including housekeeping, laundry, budgeting, and medication reminders. Support also includes skill-building, community integration, and guidance to help individuals access resources, attend appointments, and participate in meaningful activities.
Through consistent support, supervision, and encouragement, BBHI helps individuals strengthen their abilities, maintain a safe and stable home environment, and increase their confidence in managing daily routines. These services are designed to enhance overall quality of life while allowing individuals to remain in the comfort of their own homes.
